Racecourse

Tonbridge park was a horse racecourse.  You can actually imagine it when you notice its circular shape.

    It's just over 69 acres, in case you're wondering! When the Tonbridge Sports Assocition was formed in 1920 to manage sporting activities on the site, it was still meadowland grazed by sheep!
