Yes, this is the canopy above the entrance to the Nat West Bank on the corner of Bank Street and the High Street. The flutings of the scallop shell canopy are decorated with stylised leaves and opening tendrils which was common on entrance canopies of the late 19th and early 20th century.
Would this be the bank on the corner of Bank Street? It's the only place I can think of where there's a tree..
