Three readers recognised that this object sits above the entrance of The Honeymoon in Barden Road. I spoke to the owner who told me it was a temple, and then lengthily explained all the Feng Shui elements. The very small bells on the end of each tiny jutting structure probably symbolise the Buddhist temple bells that assist the ever present, although invisible, 'Chi' (the flow of energy). In a nutshell it provides those who enter the restaurant with a welcome, harmony and peace. Balance and symmetry was also mentioned so it means you're in for a great dining experience when you walk under this Chinese symbol.
